Our Maintain box is perfect if you're happy with the weight you've achieved, but would like to use total diet replacement meals periodically to help you maintain these results over time. Your 28 meals can be used flexibly, for example:
- 1 meal replacement per day (such as a shake or porridge for breakfast, or a soup for lunch)
- 7 days of 4 sachets/day TDR per month (useful for, for example, a 5:2 plan)
- One week of 4 sachets/day TDR, plus normal diet for the rest of the month
- 14 days of 2x meal replacements per day
