Our Lose a Little plan is designed to be used flexibly when you're hoping to lose a bit of weight steadily. Your 56 sachets can be used in whichever way works best for you, for example:
- 2 meal replacements per day
- Two weeks (14 days) of 4 sachets/day TDR per month
- One week (7 days) of 4 sachets/day TDR, plus 1-2 meal replacements on the remaining days of the month
