Our lose a lot maintenance plan is designed for the months you're hoping to get back to your goal weight, or if you're still hoping to lose weight after finishing food reintroduction. Your 84 sachets can be used in the way that works best for you, for example:
- 3 meal replacements per day, plus one balanced meal
- 3 weeks of TDR, plus one week of normal meals
- 2 weeks of TDR, plus 2 weeks of 2 sachets/day meal replacements
- Perhaps even shared between family members!
