Who are Habitual products for?

Our meals, electrolytes, and fibre can support you at any stage a your health journey—whether you're looking to lose weight or build healthy habits into your daily routine. While our origins are in helping people lose a significant amount of weight (15-20% of body weight), we've learned that it's about so much more than the number on the scale—which means that we've designed everything in our range for daily use, by anybody.

When will my box arrive?

Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day for delivery within 1-2 business days: Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. There are sometimes unforeseen delays with our courier partners, particularly around the Christmas holidays—in these cases we do ask for your patience and understanding.

Where is my parcel?

When your box ships out, you will receive tracking information via email. If you’re having any issues tracking your delivery, please reach out to us at hello@tryhabitual.com with details of your order including your name and shipping address.

Can I exchange my order for different flavours if I change my mind?

Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges due to food safety.
