Preparation instructions

  1. Empty the sachet contents into a shaker or blender.
  2. Measure 200ml of cold water with a measuring cup or by using the fill line below, then add it to the powder.
  3. Cover and shake/blend well for 20 seconds, making sure no lumps of powder remain.
  4. Allow to stand for 1 minute, then enjoy.

    Chocolate, caramel and strawberry are all lovely. Not to sweet and they don't leave an after taste like some other TDR can. Best TDR I've tried and it is working. Stick with it, the first few days are the most challenging but keep in your mind why you chose to do it and you will soon see the results. Good luck.
