Preparation instructions

  1. Empty the sachet contents into a heat-safe bowl.
  2. Using a measuring cup or the fill line below, measure 200ml cold water.
  3. Heat the water in a kettle, microwave, or on the stove, then pour the hot water into the powder.
  4. Mix well until the powder is completely dissolved and no lumps remain.

    Chocolate, caramel and strawberry are all lovely. Not to sweet and they don't leave an after taste like some other TDR can. Best TDR I've tried and it is working. Stick with it, the first few days are the most challenging but keep in your mind why you chose to do it and you will soon see the results. Good luck.
