Be sure to mix your soup well before heating, using a fork, mini whisk, or blender. If you prefer not to microwave your food, you can also use hot (but not boiling!) water… just be sure to let it sit for a minute or so before enjoying.
Add some salt and pepper to the top plus as many herbs as you’d like - fresh or dried basil, parsley, sage, and thyme all add delicious flavour! Plus Tabasco or red pepper flakes really up the heat if you like things spicy. Garlic is also welcome to the party.
